Thanks KIT222s for giving me the step by step. I really gotta hand it to you, brave to tackle a job like that. I am a car guy I work at a car dealership, and I am kinda scared to do a job like that. The part that worries me most is the positioning of the projector lens. How do you know if you are in...

Love your Vibe. One of the nicest I've seen. I want to steal your front LED mod and the HID retrofit. Where did you get them from? I was gonna buy a set of LED strip off of ebay but was kinda worried that the ones I get from ebay would be very dim, where did you get yours? Did you do the HID retrofi...

Re: 2003 Vibe GT won't start

Thanks for all the input guys. Finally figured it out. The original starter failed, then the 'new' reman bosch starter was faulty out of the box, causing the starter relay to burn. Replaced both with new ones and the car started right up. That was 3 days ago and it's still going strong. On a side no...

2003 Vibe GT won't start

So on Friday night my 2003 Vibe GT won't crank when I turned the key, everything else was working fine. I thought it was probably the starter because the battery was checked a couple weeks ago. I pulled the exciter wire from the starter to check for power and sure enough, there was power going to th...

Re: 2003 Vibe GT Silver

welcome! nice GT! I do see a slight problem with the list. I thought the K&N Typhoon intake was a short ram and not cold air? For the HID's, your bulbs are dual filament so the low beam and high beam are in 1 bulb. you may want to look into that just a little more. the bulbs are a bit more in p...

Thanks for the reply. My radio is working fine, in fact, everything else is working fine. Mine is the other way around. I have an 03 Vibe GT and the power outlet in front of the shifter doesn't work, but the one inside the console between the seats works perfectly. I've check the fuse and it looks ok (unless I was looking at the wrong fuse). Any suggestions? All help will be appreciated,...

Finally had a day to myself to install my Pioneer AVH-P3300BT into my newly bought 2003 Pontiac Vibe GT with the moons & tunes package. The factory moons & tunes package comes with a 200W integrated amplifier, and the deck I'm putting in is also rated at 50W X 4, totalling 200W. So if I leav...

Finally had time to do this mod, changing the DRL to fog lights instead, disable automatic headlights, and added HID's to low and high beam. After the mod, the fog lights are completely independent, so I can turn the fog lights on or off under any condition at any time providing the car is running. ...

I prefer a manual over an automatic any time. Funny story, I used to work for a car rental company and we occasionally get tourists from eastern Europe. One time this young couple rented a car. After all the paper work has been done and they hopped into the car, and then I notice them sitting on the...

Change DRL to fog lights and disable auto head lights

I'm sure this has been covered in this forum but for the life in me, I just can't find it.
