any tips for preventing more rock chips on the hood?

i really would like to get the paint touched up. the hood has a few chips. and i need to do something about the rust behind the back wheels (maybe the drums? i'm not sure what the part is called). and maybe some black housing headlights. and FLOOR MATS! the dealership gave me these flimsy floor mats...

i just got a 2004 2wd base however i'm not really sure what the part is called maybe the back drums, but they are all rusty. can i get them replaced? if so how much would it cost? will post pictures later.
