1. Zal(30) 65-97942364 - mfiv(SIN)2. BOTR (34) Black '03 Voltz. Debadged. (No Toyato badge and Voltz badge) Changed 17" sports rims. Bought second-hand in Oct 05.3. Louis (32) SIN4.5.6.7.8.9.10.

Attached a picture of the bulb with base. Actually you can buy the bulb alone. Just need to attach to the base.

I've just changed the bulb. It is pretty easy. I removed the bulb and brought it to a shop that sells original Toyota parts. The bulb that the shop sells is slightly different. It still works when installed.I'll post a picture on the bulb.
