Yeah, I think I need the antenna base as well. If I understand correctly, there is an amplifier in the antenna base. I think mine is dead. Anyone know how hard it is to replace it?

Top hinge broke off a month ago on my 03 and now the door looks crooked. The door had been squeaking for a year or so but never fixed it. I'm hoping that it will be OK until it gets warm when I can figure out how to fix it.

Oops forgot to mention that my car has 120,000 miles and is a 2003. So it's not covered under warranty. I took it in to a dealer and they said it was too far past the mileage to get warranty work done.I had one place offer to do it for $700, another for $1000. These prices seem kinda high to me.
