When I mean cold, I don't mean zero degrees....here's the deal.If I fire up my Vibe GT, and immediatly hit the road and hammer down, the engine cuts out at about 6000 rpms. It could be 90 or 20 degrees outside. Reminds me of an Indy car and it's turbo blow off valve opening because of HP restriction...

The FIRST time I heard that STUPID BEEP BEEP BEEP warning sound for reverse darn near made me not buy my Vibe GT. How do I disable it, or make it just beep ONCE, which is what it should do. Once you arein reverse, do you REALLY need the darn BEEPER to remind you that you are going backwards?

Try a gas mileage test. Fill it a couple of times with regular unleaded and figure out the MPG ALONG with the cost for the cheaper gas. Then fill it the same amount of times with Premium and do the same. I bet you'll find your gas mileage is worse with regular, and in the end, your 'cost permile' is...

Nothing but Frosty white for me. As a matter of fact, my 1987 Buick LeSabre T-Type, 1990 Olds Acheiva SC, 1995, 1998 & 2000 GMC Sonomas have all been white! White makes a vehicle 'appear' larger than it really is. An optical delusion of some sorts!

Somewhere within this forum, I saw a front end shot of a grey Vibe with some cool looking horiz. grill bars that replaced the black stuff. Where do you buy this cool aftermarket stuff?
