Has anybody seen or added a shifter extender on a manual 2009-2010? I like to rest my hand on the shifter and I find the shifter placement on the Vibe too far forward. Don't want to have to go all the way down to the tranny linkagecoupling to change it, just something that I can screw off the knob a...
