Engine Whine Through Speakers (Right) on 2003 Vibe GT

Ok, can some one tell me how to resolve, grounded the Pioneer HU to the crossbar that runs the length of the dashboard but can still hear the noise with the radio. I have searched but cannot seem to find the answer.

Thanks for the responses joatmon, laovemyraffle and MotoAce51. I have installed a Pioneer DEH-3200UB (got from Crutchfield in April 2011). No problems when it was installed. So may lead me to believe as all of you have indicated a bad ground or maybe blown speaker. I was going to change the speakers...

I hear the engine whinning through rear speakers

Hello GenVibers, hope you can help me with this. A couple of days ago, I started hearing the engine whine through the rear speakers. What could this be and how to fix. '03 Vibe GT, I had the front door speakers replaced about a year ago. ANy help would be appreciated.

So here's the update decided instead of towing it I went to the dealer with the part this past Friday (3/18/11) and the Manager of Service and the Head Mechanic were there, they said it was from the Vibe but it was the old part that the mechanic had left in the engine compartment which as we can see...

Thanks all who have responded, it will be towed tomorrow to the Toyota dealer that fix a starter problem I had and an oil leak around the timing chain tensioner/assembly on March 4th. My wife just noticed it about 2 days ago. I'm been driving back and forth to work for 2 days about 25 miles each way...

Wow, 5 clutches that's a bunch (was it a lot of spirited driving) I can assume not? It does not give me great comfort to know that the Stage 1 only last 30K..as this is what's going in next in my 'GT when I replace. Let me know how the F1 works out if that's your choice.

I did buy the Exedy Stage 1 Clutch but so far have not changed so cannot tell which would be better. But the reviews seem to be the Exedy Stage 1. Still on original with 122+, still spirited

Thanks for the reply. You know I listen to CDs occasionally, but the radio is mostly what I use. Having the HD will be great. I don't own an I-Pod etc. but having the USB is kinda nice can use that for phone charging..So still undecided and may end up with the JVC since as was pointed out the sunlig...

After removing the 3 screws that attach the cladding to the fender well and fender it had some plastic retaining nuts that were difficult to remove. Ok, changed the O2 Sensor using a NTK (NGK) Part 21547 and replacement was fairly simple. I have a '03 GT with 119,000 miles and I just had the check engine light come on, the code is P0135. Is this the one on the engine? If so, how do you replace? Well I got the same problem live in FL and yesterday it started (09/13/06). I always keep mind on recir and got louder as speed increased. Took off of recir and the noise disappear. I'm out of warranty ('03 GT with 73,400 miles). Any clues of how much it cost to fix?
