and when it does flash codes,it flashes them three times,then goes to the next code.code 12 is at the beginning and the end.If I remember correctly,code 12 is no tach signal to the ecm which makes sense as the engine should be off when checking for codes this way.Key on engine off....

Dropping the pan,you only get a third of the fluid or less.Take it somewhere that has a trans flush machine.It'll cost more,but the end result is better in my opinion.You change ALL of the fluid(around two gallons)and the kit we use has a flush/cleaner you put in before,and a fluid/seal conditioner ...

Mine does it(sounds different in neutral)it's been like that from day one.Mines normal noise.Theres a name for it but it escapes me,but it has something to do with having no load on the transmission.I think this may have been brought up before....

I too would suspect pretensioners(they have a charge in them that goes off in a deployment situation,tightening the seatbelt)They are usually on the latch side of the seatbelt.They sound like a shotgun when they go off.Best see the dealer...

I have a new,bigger battery in mine,and when it's cold enough,it makes noise.Sounds to me like the lube on the starter drive is thicker in the extreme cold and the starter isn't disengaging as quickly as when it's warm
