Re: Vibration

I was wondering if it was motor mounts. It is only at idle in drive. Throw it in neutral RPMs lift slightly, no vibration. Keep it in drive, touch the gas, raise the RPMs slightly, no vibration. It's just an odd scenario. I'll check the idle RPM tomorrow. (Along with the cladding the wife ripped off...

Vibration

I haven't been on here in a while but need some direction. On our 04 Vibe, we have a vibration issue. When in drive sitting at a light the car vibrates more than normal. Throw the car in neutral or give it a little gas and it's smooth as can be. This seems to be only when at low RPMs in D.any ideas?

It seems like it would be a waste. I'd rather sell the Injen and go back to stock or an easier to deal with intake. I switched over to putting money into the Charger.

Feeler: Injen CAI (Fender Pull)

I am thinking of selling my Injen CAI or possibly trading it for a SRI. I did take off 1" to make it fit with a throttle body spacer. I would like to sell just the intake and keep the spacer, but if necessary I can part with both. I have a number in my head for the intake and for both but still...

So my wife took her car to get it inspected yesterday and it failed. The shop said it was because the brake cable (I am assuming e-brake) is broken. So my wife is the new owner of my Vibe. Today she has been driving around and had no issues. This evening she went to go to work and there was a horrible Tick, tick, tick, click, click, click. I searched around and found the issue behind the glove compartment, and in the fan assembly. I took out the...

Take out the screws from door handle, and under the tiny cover of the latch handle. Check if there are any other screws. After you have all screws out just give a firm pull... It will pop off. I would suggest not doing it in the cold because the plastic could crack.

I ran a wire into the dash and hooked it to the ilumination wire for the radio. That way any time the key is on the halo's are on. They are pretty much DRL's now since I did the DRL delete. I then threw a switch in the auto sensor so I could still turn off the headlights at night time if needed.

I had a friend with ford focus that did the same thing. Make sure the harness is correct as well. She needed a VW harness because the focus one was wrong. Besides that you need to make sure you have the remote turn-on wire connected to turn on the factory amp.
